Background
The Vitamin Shoppe is a key retail partner for C4. So with the launch of the new C4 x Hawaiian Punch pre-workout powders, they wanted to create an engaging and fun experience for The Vitamin Shoppe customers that highlighted the partnership with Hawaiian Punch and their key fitness influencers, showing C4 is the thread that connects fitness enthusiasts with the #1 global pre-workout brand.


To create excitement for the meet & greet, we flew both athletes to Miami to shoot a promotion teaser and announcement video for the retail program. Then the week leading up to the event, we posted the videos as a collab post with the talent.

On the event day, we had our local field marketing team onsite sampling the new C4 x Hawaiann Punch pre-workout as well as handing out sample packets, C4 shaker bottles, and C4 x Miami t-shirts to attendees.



Idea
We produced a meet and greet with top C4 Athletes, Miranda Cohen and Lucas "Coach Blue" Dasila, two fitness influencers who boosted a combined following of 14M followers on IG.


The day before the event, we deployed a street team to visit 30 Miami gyms to promote the meet & greet, handing out 2,000 event flyers.

Most importantly, the content team was onsite to capture it all ensuring the experienced reached beyond an in-person experience and was able to be seen by many online.
